Refunds
Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable, digital, downloadable goods, we do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and product is released and sent.

Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.
